Cooking food in a Dutch Oven over a fire.<\/p>\n

Dusting and Vacuuming almost as well as I do.<\/p>\n

Ready to shop in the men’s section the next time he buys tennis shoes.<\/p>\n

Baking chocolate chip cookies.<\/p>\n

Reading an occasional book from the grown up section like Gifted Hands<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Building a 6×8 log cabin in the woods behind our house.<\/p>\n

Independently fishing.<\/p>\n

But still, so little boy.<\/p>\n

Forgetting to close the door.<\/p>\n

Climbing trees.<\/p>\n

Devouring children’s books one after the other and reading the sames ones repeatedly because he doesn’t have enough new material.<\/p>\n

Tusseling everywhere.<\/p>\n

Enthralled with pocketknives, hatchets, or a toy boat in the pool.<\/p>\n

Ripping holes in the knees of his pants.<\/p>\n

Asking a million questions.<\/p>\n

He is ten.<\/p>\n

Responsible and irresponsible.<\/p>\n
